Hi, I have a question regarding the physical external boundaries, so that no substance nor agent can cross them. How can one define all the axis limits (i.e. min_x, max_x, min_y, max_y, min_z, max_z)? Thanks

I reckon you refer to the “global” BioDynaMo parameters (BioDynaMo: bdm::Param Struct Reference) which in principle handle the size of the BioDynaMo 3D domain where agents reside and the substances (modelled using the reaction-diffusion solver) are described. The pertinent parameters are:

*bool bound_space*

*double min_bound*

*double max_bound*

*std::string diffusion_boundary_condition*

Hi @VasVav, thanks for the response and yes that is true, I would like to create such a domain. But I would like to be able to determine six parameters (i.e. min_x, max_x, min_y, max_y, min_z, max_z), so that it is not necessarily a cube. Cheers

Hi, just to comment on this item: I learned that it is not possible yet to create such a non-cubic limiting box, so this feature is something that is still needed to be done.
